Polyalphaolefin (PAO) Air Compressor Lubricants
Our product is a blend of top-quality synthetic PAO and ester base fluids, along with specially formulated additives. It is highly effective in providing long-term lubrication for screw, centrifugal, or reciprocating (piston-type) air compressors. These 100% synthetic oils are ideal for applications that require maximum compatibility with seals, paints, and plastics. COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 32, COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 46, and COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 68 are intended for use in rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, and can offer a typical service life of up to 8,000 hours or more under standard industrial operating conditions. COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 100, COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 150, and COMP-PLUS PAO - AC 220, on the other hand, are formulated for use in rotary vane and reciprocating compressors.
MORE INFORMATION
Safety Data Sheet Technical Data SheetAbsolutely, our product is formulated to be highly versatile. It is fully compatible with all types of seals and coatings, ensuring that there's no adverse reaction or breakdown when it comes in contact with various materials, thereby ensuring smooth and hassle-free operations.
Temperature fluctuations can affect oil viscosity and performance. Our product, thanks to its high viscosity index, consistently maintains an adequate viscosity level. This ensures proper lubrication and efficient machinery operation, whether in cold start conditions or during high-temperature runs.
Volatile oils can pose various challenges, from contaminating air tools to complicating the production process. Our product, with its low volatility, ensures minimal intrusion into air tools, instruments, or production processes. This means fewer air filter changes and more efficient separations.
In hot operating conditions, traditional petroleum oils can break down and form harmful substances like varnish, carbon, and acids. Our product, however, showcases increased resistance to these formations, ensuring better protection, longevity, and a more extended service life than petroleum oils.
Rust can severely hamper machinery efficiency and lifespan. To combat this, our product is fortified with potent anti-rust agents. These agents ensure that any water present in the system is easily drainable, preventing rust formation, protecting machinery components, and extending oil life.
Our product is adept at managing water contamination. It possesses enhanced water separation properties that effectively prevent unwanted oil/water formation. Moreover, if water does enter the system, the oil's properties help it separate and drain easily, simplifying environmental discharge.
Foam can be detrimental to machinery, causing excessive heat and wear. Our product exhibits excellent foam control properties. This ensures that there's minimal foam build-up, which in turn reduces heat, oxidation, and wear, further prolonging the life and efficiency of compressors.
Our product is formulated with low friction properties, which play a pivotal role in enhancing operating efficiency. Reduced friction translates to smoother machinery operation, leading to energy savings and subsequently, reduced energy bills.
By choosing our product, users benefit from reduced compressor maintenance needs. This is largely due to the extended drain intervals it offers, which can be up to 8 times longer than traditional mineral oils. This translates to less frequent maintenance tasks and reduced operational costs.
Under standard industrial operating conditions, our product boasts an impressive service life of up to 8,000 hours or more. This long-lasting performance is testament to its superior formulation, ensuring that machinery operates optimally with minimal maintenance.
