For initial operations, PASTE-PLUS 553 is recommended to use the product in its pure form. Gradually, water can be added until the desired proportion is achieved. In lighter drawing operations, a 1:1 proportion of the product to water is suitable, with thorough mixing of both components.

Using PASTE-PLUS 553 helps prevent contact between the punch and the sheet during drawing operations. This results in a superior surface finish on the drawn parts and extends the lifespan of both the punch and die.
