Synthetic high temperature fluid conveyors and pellet press rollers
This lubricant is a fully synthetic, high-performance product that is formulated with PAG (polyalkylene glycol) base oils. It is fully compatible with water-based paints and coatings, making it an excellent choice for use in conveyor systems. Specifically designed for use on conveyor chains and open trolley wheel bearings operating at high temperatures, this product is also suitable for use in cathodic electrodeposition (e-coat) processes. If it happens to spill into a water-based process bath, it dissolves and disperses to prevent poor coating, such as "fish eyes" and craters. It should not be used with mineral (petroleum) and PAO-based lubricants. Additionally, it can be used as a special oil for Koller wheels of rollers in CPM pellet presses.

Safety Data Sheet Technical Data SheetThis lubricant finds applications in various settings, including chain and open trolley bearings where compatibility with water-based paints and coatings is critical, automotive production lines, all types of chains operating within a temperature range of 150°C to 220°C, and rollers of CPM pellet presses.
This product is specifically designed for use on conveyor chains and open trolley wheel bearings that operate at high temperatures. It is also suitable for use in cathodic electrodeposition (e-coat) processes. In case of accidental spillage into a water-based process bath, CHAIN-PLUS PLP 220 dissolves and disperses to prevent poor coating, such as "fish eyes" and craters. However, CHAIN-PLUS PLP 220 should not be used with mineral (petroleum) and PAO-based lubricants. Additionally, CHAIN-PLUS PLP 220 can be used as a special oil for Koller wheels of rollers in CPM pellet presses.
Yes, CHAIN-PLUS PLP 220 is fully compatible with water-based paints and coatings, making CHAIN-PLUS PLP 220 an excellent choice for use in conveyor systems where compatibility with such coatings is critical.
